Service Scope
CreatorzPlus.Live provides a done-for-you Link in Bio setup service that builds a mobile-friendly webpage consolidating your key content, links, and branding. Our standard service includes the design, configuration, and setup of your CreatorzPlus.Live page based on the information and materials you provide. Certain features—such as custom domains, analytics, page capacity, or integrations—may require additional setup or fees, and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information, branding assets, and links necessary to create your page.
- Supplying all required content (such as profile photos, copy, URLs, and media) in a timely manner and in formats specified by our team.
- Reviewing drafts and approvals promptly to ensure efficient turnaround.
- Keeping your account and contact information current.
Submitted Content and Permissions
By submitting any content (including text, images, links, audio, or video) for use on your CreatorzPlus.Live page, you confirm that:
- You own all rights to your submitted materials, or have obtained the necessary permissions and licenses.
- Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or rights of publicity.
- Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You grant CreatorzPlus.Live a non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify your submitted content solely for the purpose of creating and hosting your Link in Bio page.
Pricing and Payment
Standard setup fees and any applicable subscription charges are specified before you commit to service. Additional features such as custom domains, analytics, or special integrations may incur extra fees and will be quoted separately.
Payment must be made according to the schedule displayed at the time of your order. We accept payment methods as specified on our website or invoices. Service begins only after payment is successfully received.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your CreatorzPlus.Live page. All stated prices are in USD unless otherwise noted and do not include taxes, which may be charged where applicable.
Revisions and Updates
Each setup includes a specified number of complimentary revision rounds, as outlined in your setup agreement. Requests beyond the included revisions may be subject to additional fees.
Minor updates or maintenance (such as updating a social link or correcting a typo) may be included for a limited period after launch. Ongoing updates, major changes, or feature requests beyond the scope of the initial setup will require a separate agreement or may be billed at our standard rate.
Turnaround and Platform Limitations
Estimated turnaround times are communicated before purchase and begin once all necessary content and payment have been received. Actual completion times may vary depending on project complexity, client response times, or unforeseen issues.
Not all features may be available on every Link in Bio page. Features such as custom domains, analytics, extended capacity, widgets, or third-party integrations are offered as available and may require additional setup, incur additional fees, or be unavailable depending on technical or third-party platform limitations. No feature is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by CreatorzPlus.Live.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Third-Party Services
Some features or integrations may require connection to or use of third-party services (such as embedded media, analytics tools, or external platforms). CreatorzPlus.Live is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. You are responsible for complying with any applicable terms of those services. We are not liable for any disruptions, limitations, or losses caused by third-party providers or external changes.
Acceptable Use
You may not use CreatorzPlus.Live for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Posting or linking to illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringing content;
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the service or third-party systems;
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
- Hosting malware or engaging in activities that could harm individuals or networks.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may request a cancellation by contacting support@creatorzplus.com. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion based on the status of your project, delivered work, and stage of production at the time of your request.
Refunds cannot be guaranteed after significant work has been performed or if your page is live. Subscription fees (if any) are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
Suspension or Refusal of Service
CreatorzPlus.Live reserves the right to suspend or refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to pay, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
We may immediately disable or remove your Link in Bio page if it is used in violation of these Terms, third-party rights, or applicable laws.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
CreatorzPlus.Live is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor the availability of any particular feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorzPlus.Live and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of our service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CreatorzPlus.Live for the applicable service.
Indemnification and Intellectual Property
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorzPlus.Live, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your submitted content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any law or third-party right.
All original CreatorzPlus.Live design elements, templates, code, and technology remain the intellectual property of CreatorzPlus.Live and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use your completed Link in Bio page as intended and as long as service is active.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
